AT&T Annoyance! Optional Carriers?
This question was asked by one of our focus group members:

We have AT&T cable and internet service. They are constantly calling trying to upgrade the office (at a cost) or sell me more gidgits and widgits. Is there another service provider that offers comparable service without all the sales annoyance?

Depending on your location, our office uses XO Communications for the past 12 years. They have great service and great pricing too. The service is very personalized and the billing is great! You actually know what you are paying for!

I get my phone and internet through Cox Communications, our cable company.
