Cheap Paper?
This question was asked by one of our focus group members:

We use a lot of paper in our small office. Does anyone know where paper is the cheapest?

Re: Cheap Paper?
Unfortunately paper pricing has been and continues to rise quite rapidly. Many of the large paper manufactureres are consolidating, leading to the closing of several paper mills. As well a good bit of paper is making it's way over to China. We sell a 20# 10 ream case of our house brand, which is a good sheet for $32.10 carton. I wouldn't reccommend using anything less than a 20#.

Re: Cheap Paper?
I agree with blight. Just a regular plain paper is fine for everyday use, and 20# is standard. I did have a few people who insist on printing on specialty color printing paper, but thankfully they have been converted as well.

Another thing to look into would be speaker to an office supplier (like Office Depot, Office Max or Staples) if paper is something you order a lot of - you can typically negotiate a reasonable price with a sales rep. We did this with our color printer toner and saved over $100 per cartridge. Its worth a try!
