Re: Eliminate the Junk from Your Junk Drawer
The real question here is why do we, as most humans do, collect junk? It has puzzled me over and over. I clean out a drawer and wonder why did I save this? Sometimes I even want to throw something out b/c I KNOW I will never use it again but for some reason I just toss it in that drawer.

Good tips here. I have found the Hanging Drawer Organizer to be really helpful and would recommend one for anyone to use. At work I only have one small drawer so it has come in handy.

Re: Eliminate the Junk from Your Junk Drawer
Great article. I too have a junk drawer, and my mom had one, and her mom had one...you get my drift

I have tried to be more aware when attending tradeshows or other events not to take something just because it's free. I go through a couple of questions in my mind. Do I really need this? Will I use it in the next month? If I answer no to one of the questions, I simply leave it. This strategy has helped some but I still have that voice in the back of my head saying "You might need it some day"
