These are great ideas. I have a real fetish when it comes to a clean desk - a bunch of "stuff" on my desk can be my major stressor at work! If you haven't looked at the post regarding the 43 folders, it's a definite must read for the admin assistant. I heard about it last year at IAAP International and have used it ever since. It has been a life saver! especially if you have a boss that travels a lot.
