Re: Project Management Tool
IIona,
I used a great product called Kickstart. I would get so frustrated with Microsoft Project because it didn't meet my needs. I needed a program that was easy to navigate, provided clear documentation of timelines and tasks and allowed me to customize it to each project. Kickstart was just what I needed and I used it extensively while I was an EA. Although it's not free, it's very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. You can download a free trial to test it out. Project Management Software, Project Planning Software: Project Kickstart Good luck. __________________

Re: Project Management Tool
Ilona, it all depends on what your needs are. I would recommend to take a look at our project management software Online Project Management Software Free and Tools: Project Management, Team Collaboration, Effective Communication, Time Tracking - COMINDWORK. It's free (all features, but limited to one active project).

Re: Project Management Tool
I use manymoon.com; the basic version is free, and you can collaborate with others in your office (or anywhere!), which is a great way to keep your Exec notified of what you're working on and what your workload is on a given day. I have found that it really helps to streamline certain processes, and I'm considering inputting my day to day tasks on it. Putting them on outlook isn't working for me.
