Ladies..

I have recently convinced myself that there is no such thing as managing boss's inbox efficiently. I now can say without any guilt that it just doesnt work.

I mean .. come on..everytime i start afresh to organise his messy inbox it heads off as planned and agreed between me and my boss but then sooner or later its back to where it was.

Earlier it used to feel that iam the one not doing a good job but now i know for sure that its not me its him ultimately. I can certainly clear away junk emails, auto filter his personal emails but work emails, in the end, is his job. He is the one who HAVE to go through each and every email and decide what to do with it. Delete or archive (in the already existing archive folder).

But sadly, he skips some emails and reads others without making it a point to delete the ones he never felt worth reading. And iam left wondering what to do with all those emails even read ones.

This is all what i had to say.

Dont know how many of you would agree with me but doesnt matter because I know for sure now that no PA can manage boss's inbox efficiently until and unless the boss himself takes charge of the inbox.
