Compressing Audio and Video for PowerPoint Presentations

Another way to compress your files for e-mail is to zip them. If you are running Windows XP and above, a zip utility is included. Just right click the file in Windows Explorer and choose Send To and then Compressed (zip) Folder. This will compress the file into a zipped folder which will be much smaller than the original file.
