Great tips! Two things I learned and know love from this article: dialing letters and the reboot. I thought I was S.O.L. when I'd have to call companies that had cute numbers like 1-800-Pick-ups. But now I'm not! And the reboot tip is great. I often take my battery out...now all I have to do is "CTRL-ALT-DELETE." Now I just have to figure out how to quickly reboot myself. Thanks Libby!
