Does anyone know how to add a database, that would be freqeuntly updated, to a word doc in order to create a template. I want to use the template as an itinerary for my boss with out having to retype it every time he travels. And he travels Alot.

Re: Adding a database to a word doc
When using Word the easiest way to add a database is to use mail merg. The data source that is created is easily amended or changed so that you can continue to use it with the merg document you create. If you truly wanted to create a database and you are using Access to do so, you can also use the mail merg feature to connect with it. The mail merg process is too long to completely describe in this forum but if you are unfamiliar with mail merg, Microsoft has many free online courses on the subject.
