Excel - Maintain Data in 2 Different Worksheets?
This question was asked by one of our focus group members:

Using Excel, I have a large worksheet of data that I need to have presented in different ways, but I only want to maintain the data on one worksheet, but still have the other worksheet updated with new information while being laid out in a different presentation. Can this be done?

Re: Excel - Maintain Data in 2 Different Worksheets?
Oh this one is easy! Within a workbook you will have two (or more) worksheets. "A" will be your working copy laid out in one format, and "B" will be your copy of A, with a different layout.
Step 1: Set up worksheet A with all data desired (this is the one you will update your data as needed)
Step 2: In worksheet B, make cell A1 equal cell A1 on worksheet A (hit + or =, toggle to worksheet A, place cursor in cell A1)
Step 3: In worksheet B, copy/paste cell A1 to all rows/columns that contain data on worksheet A (this is basically mirroring worksheet A)
Step 4: Format worksheet B in the layout you desire; the integrity of the data will not be compromised.
As you update/change the data on worksheet A, worksheet B will automatically update. The tricky part of this is adding/deleting columns/rows to the worksheets, but with a little practice, maintaining a workbook like this is a piece of cake~
