Don't forget to seat them well! I'm vertically blessed (i.e. tall) and there is a great site where you can get the real scoop on each airline's seating options - seatguru.com. You can see big maps of the seats, where not to seat someone, and make seat choices that you and the people you book flights for will appreciate!

This is a great post. I work in an office of two(including me), and the CEO travels quite a bit. One of my biggest challenges is to find ways to keep busy when my boss is not in town. A few ideas I have had are to work on letter or other templates for future use, research funding opportunities for our company, and edit company documents I would not otherwise have time to work on. I also try to use the time to catch up on news and articles pertaining to our industry. I always welcome more ideas with this!
