Re: Dining in Atlanta?
There are several convention centers in Atlanta, with the Georgia World Congress Center being the largest and most well known. It is in a great location with very close access to such landmarks as Centennial Olympic Park, the GA. Aquarium, CNN, Coke, and very close to downtown Atlanta.
Here is a link to the site: Georgia World Congress Center | Welcome With respect to private dining, there are numerous fantastic restaurants near the GWCC. I would check out Food Studio, Morton's Steakhouse, Luckie Food Lounge (great for large parties), and Ruth's Chris (at Centennial Park) |

Re: Dining in Atlanta?
We did a quick look on the web for some great ideas for private dining in Atlanta. The list we liked best came up on Citysearch.com. It included The Food Studio, Rathbun’s, and Fratelli di Napoli.
Personal favorites include Food 101, Joel, Bone’s, the Capital Grille and the Atlanta Fish Market. |

Re: Dining in Atlanta?
Went to Rathbun's recently and would highly recommend it. Depending on the size of your group, you could reserve the Wine Room as a private dining room. Probably will accomodate 25 people. If you are in business discussions and your party size is only 2-4, I would also ask the reservationist for a table in the Wine Room. It is much quieter than the main dining room.
Food was fantastic. Expect a pretty hefty tab. __________________

Re: Dining in Atlanta?
A great place to research restaurants in Atlanta, as well as many other great places to go and things to do, is www.atlanta.net or www.atlinsider.atlanta.net. The second website is the ATL Insider where residents blog and write about what they like for visitors to Atlanta. Both sites are products of the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau (where I work as the EA to the President and CEO). I consider myself one of Atlanta's biggest fans. If you want more detailed information, send me an email and I'll give you my direct line so we can chat.
