I need help with excel.
I have a database/timetable that I need converted into an actual calendar format. Can Excel do this? Also, if Excel can not is it possible to merge this into a calendar in Word?

Please help!

Eeck...I'm not much of an Excel wiz but I don't think you can convert into calendar format with just a regular old spreadsheet. If you can, I certainly want to learn how as well! I'm going to get our tech expert on this one and hopefully she'll have some input...Stay tuned!

Re: I need help with excel.
Do you just want dates converted to calendar format, or do you want text in adjacent cells?

Mrs. B,
Your ability to convert a database/timetable into a calendar or Word document will depend upon the original format of the database. What is the original format?

Re: I need help with excel.
The hard part would be to get the information inserted into the right cells in the calendar. I'm thinking it will require some serious coding to do it. You'll need to take a record, do a find for the date in the calendar and tell it to paste the text in the appropriate field. It can be done, but depending on how much data is in the database, it might be easier to cut and paste.

Thanks, I think the easiest way to do this is to cut and paste. UGGGH
