I use Word Publisher to do our company newsletter. Publisher is quite easy to use and has a good variety of templates that can be personalized to fit your needs. A year ago I changed templates and got a couple of positive comments about the new look. One was from a design employee who thought the design was "clean." The template saves me time, too!

Hi Edita - I know your post was from last month but I was in your situation a while ago and stumbled across a site that provided a free template that I loved. I know it is best to take the time and design the newsletter to your corporation's unique needs and style, but the truth was I was in a time crunch and needed to save my inspirations for the articles for the first edition of the newsletter. The template I found was 11x17 that was folded in half, a nice clean design and easy to use. I changed the colors to match our company colors and bought glossy paper to print it on. The results were great and well received. I liked the free template so much I actually ended up purchasing a few more designs from this site. Warning if you do like the template, it is free, but you do have to have to register as a customer.
