Great article!. It is too often that when people think of the benefits of WebConferencing and VideoConferencing, they only look at the cost of the actual travel that they would be saving.

The time element is overlooked usually, but it is even more valuable than the cash saved. The ability to have a 2-hour meeting only require 2 hours instead of a full day or more traveling is such a benefit.

This truly becomes apparent when you are able to confidently have meeting with clients and colleagues easily without requiring them to do much to attend, and sure it is going to run smoothly.

A good Conferencing company is key to this kind of environment.
