I am disappointed with the fact that you list an Article (Seven Reasons you will love Windows 7) that may be very informational to a lot of people and then want to charge a fee to read it. In these economic times a lot of us have to spend smart and are unable to pay for “premium” status. It’s unfortunate and I feel that I will need to look elsewhere to help me maintain my step ahead of the rest.

Thanks for your feedback. OfficeArrow has thousands of articles, a small portion of which are only available for paying members. We take pride in providing great content to our audience regardless of their membership status and have given basic members many opportunities to try the premium memberships so they can assess the value themselves. For example, our first Premium webinar was offered to all members free of charge. We continually offer introductory pricing specials which allow everyone access to the premium content at a discount. I can assure you that a vast majority of the content we have on the site is free of charge and I hope you will consider taking a deeper look at the huge amount of information you can get on OA regardless of membership status.
