So, I recently purchased a Blackberry (thanks in part to this lively discussion on OfficeArrow) and now I'm having an issue:

I receive email from three different email accounts on my BB. When I delete an email from my computer, then sync it with my BB, it doesn't delete the email from my BB. Is that right? That means that I have to delete every email in two places - my computer AND my BB. It seems like a huge pain to me! Especially because I get literally hundreds of email everyday.

Can anyone let me know if I am doing something wrong or if this is just the way it works? Seems to me that syncing should make everything the same between your BB and your computer. It does that with the contacts and calendar....but not the email.

I seem to remember a setting somewhere in your BBManager desktop software where you can set the behavior of your syncs. I seem to specifically remember a setting that lets you select whether the desktop only accepts changes, the blackberry only accepts changes, or they both sync up to reflect changes made on either.

I haven't had to set up a blackbery with the desktop software for awhile, so I don't quite remember the where's and why's of it!
