Hi,

It's interesting how of you mention that you have to build trust with your manager. This is quite true, as I've worked in my current position for almost 3 years, but recently took on a new manager.

In the beginning, she was a little hesitant with trusting me, but over time, she sends me a request and knows that once she asks, she thnks of it as being completed.

In my previous jobs, there were managers that would never trust me, no matter how long I've been there and how many times I would do a good job.

It shows that you have to find the right place to work at, otherwise, I personally think that you will never be truly happy at your workplace.
