Hi,

I still think that keeping business and pleasure separate is the key. I do have to disagree on this, since I could never be "buddies" with any of my managers. I do, however, try to keep a friendly demeanour with them, but that's where I draw the line.

There have been too many instances where I found myself in situations where I befriended my boss and didn't work out at all.

That's just my 2 cents.
