I totally agree that talking politics in the office creates a no-win situation. I think we all need to understand that other people really don't care who YOU are going to vote for. They only care who THEY are going to vote for. You are probably not going to change someone's political views, especially in an office setting. It just causes strife and more of a "them vs us" mentality.
