Although gossiping is hilarious and fun, I love this quote:

I definitely discuss all three, but my favorite is ideas.

So...while not disagreeing with you, I wonder how you stay in the know...the ever important grapevine if you will. I've never been an effective part of the grapevine, but I do see that those who gossip are and they really do get reliable information. Also, I have found that sometimes -- discussing a co-worker behavior becomes a gut check -- I find it is not only me who is feeling the same way about a behavior and that is, in fact, affirming.

Just some thoughts...though I know they are not "correct". J
