*nods* I use that e-mail yourself trick all the time. Anything I want to be able to access at any time, I send to myself at an easily accessible e-mail address like gmail or yahoo. Many office e-mail programs can be difficult to access externally. If there is any doubt about being able to access your office e-mail, send it to a web based e-mail. Unless, of course, you have any HIPAA covered files. Gmail and Yahoo aren't encrypted, so you don't want to send any medical related files to them.
