You can also highlight the entire time of the appointment,right click and choose New Appointment. This will fill in the start and end times of the appointment for you.

And remember, if you are scheduling a meeting and all or most of the participants are from your company, you can click on the Scheduling tab, input the participants names, and find times when most people are available for a meeting. This gives you a big step up to finding a compatible time for everyone.

Hi,
My boss recently asked me to give him a calendar for each month and on the bottom a box that shows an overview of outstanding appoints or important days, any ideas on doing that with outlook or any other package, checked the net can't find anythig. Thanks
