Scheduling Meetings for Many People

I have to schedule for a lot of people in and out of the office. I found Meeting Wizard online (Online Invitations with MeetingWizard.com) and have found it to be a fantastic tool to narrow down dates/times all in one place rather than making many phone calls and sending out/responding to emails. Hope everyone finds this useful.

Thanks for the tip. It will be extremely helpful when scheduling a meetings with multiple outside contacts.
