I don't exactly put my receipts in a plastic bag. I do put them in file folders organized by expenditure. As for time & mileage, I simply use a calendar. But I do know people who would truly benefit from any of these programs.

While these tracking softwares seem like they would be helpful, you still need to retain the receipt for proof of expenses and/or tax purposes.
