Tracking Responses in Outlook
Thank you in advance to everyone who helps me with this issue...
I organized a company wide meeting in Outlook. I am able to view the responses (accepted, denied, tentative, etc.) however I do not know how or if I can sort by the response and have a specific count. I need to know how many people will attend or are planning to attend so that I have a more or less accurate amount of materials to pass out. I don't want to physically sit and count over 600 responses. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you again. Katherine |

Re: Tracking Responses in Outlook
What version of Outlook are you using?
In Outlook 2007, if you open the meeting you'll see a summary of attendees above the To: fields - it includes the number of attendees who accepted, tentatively accepted and declined. |
