I would like to hear what you're experience has been with "Meeting Room Manager" software:

Booking Software, Room Scheduler | NetSimplicity

I'm looking for a more elegant solution than the multiple forms, emails, checklists etc that we currently have in place to manage a busy calendar of events.

Thanks! Julie.

I've no experience with that, but here's an idea that works for us.

If you have Outlook or Lotus (My org. uses Lotus) you can create an identity/email address for each room that will be assigned to someone to manage. The room schedule will be shown in the room's calendar. Others who are scheduling can see if it is available very easily. This can save having to buy something else.

Hi,

We have developed a resource booking solution to manage resources such as meeting rooms, catering and other equipment.

proNestor Booking is a web application, that also works in sharepoint.

It also comes with an Microsoft Outlook add-in for the meeting organizers, so we connect the calendar appointments and the needed resources.

It does not require any changes or installation into Exchange - it requires installation of an add-in and thats it.

It is sold as a on-premises installation solution and is also offered as S+S solution.

Take a look - maybe this can be of any help - any input is more than welcome.
