You can easily change the size of the squares. Highlight the rows you want to make bigger and then drag one of the highlighted rows down, to make all of the highlighted rows bigger. Same thing with the columns. Highlight the ones to change, then drag the border of one to the right to make the columns wider.

Since I do all my calendaring in Outlook, I don't really have much use for one like this, but I thought I might share another calendar I do use. This is a little, year-at-a-glance type calendar - and I do mean "at a glance" - I keep it taped to the side of my monitor at work, to be able to glance at it any time I'm working on a project or just need to see a few weeks ahead. I also hide the weekend columns, to make it narrower, so it doesn't stick out past the edges of my monitor. I hope some of you might find it useful - there are tabs with 2008, 2009 and 2010 on this one.
