This is the perfect template for creating my staff schedule. However, I am having a difficult time formatting the cells so that I can enter multiple names into each cell. Any suggestions?

How are you trying to enter them, on muliple lines in the same cell? To do that hold down Alt and hit enter after a name to move down to a new line within a cell.

I have created a yearly calendar that can be used for any year. It is blank until you have it create the calendars. The first page will be an annual calendar with a 'to do' list to the right, the next 12 tabs are monthly clandars with the 'to dos' in the particular days.
