I like electronic calendars. They save paper. I use outlook also for the office. We maintain our own and a office calendar. The excel calendars can be used to upload to a website, timesheet purposes, meeting dates, pay periods, pay dates, Employees 1st day of work & Birthdays, and more. I also track of Alaska Holidays, Religious Holidays and our 10 office holidays for our outlook and timesheets. These are the many websites I review often since 2002.

I have had to look up timezone while attending school online and we had to figure out what time zones students were in to determine a meeting date and time. This was also helpful to determine time zones for Board Members.
