This file has a 2008 and 2009 calendar that you can use to print out and/or maintain electronically. The file includes 2 tabs - one for each year.

I found this to be helpful since you could keep this calendar separate than the calendar in Outlook. This could be used to manage conference room scheduling, conferences, travel, etc.

In Outlook 2003 and forward you can have multiple calendars. I usually have two calendars, one for personal appointments and one for business. That way, you can allow someone delegate access to one calendar but not the other.

Hi Monica,

Look at the bottom of the Excel Calendar. There should be a tab that says "2009". Hope this helps.
