Performance Management
For many of us, it is time for the annual performance reviews/appraisals and goal setting for the upcoming year. Since Executive Adminstrative Assistants/Administrative Assistants have myriad responsibilities these days and most of them are difficult to measure, it would be helpful to get suggestions as to what I might state for upcoming goals. This has always been challenging to me; therefore, whatever suggestions and/or advice you might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your input and Happy Holidays!
