Hi. Does anyone have a group itinerary template to share? I'm currently planning a Board meeting out of town, and am trying to find something that helps keep me straight. I have Board members coming in from all over the place, and the same thing with employees. I'm looking for something that is a simple summary....quick glance to know who is at what hotel, how they're getting there, flight details, etc. Thanks!

Usually when I have group meetings like this, I have a copy of each person's travel itinerary that I keep together in a binder. I'll take one of my normal itineraries and add a column for name, and then put together a document with arrivals, leavings and happenings in chronological order, just to help me stay on time with things.
