I have not personally worked in the hospitality industry, but I wrote my dissertation about women hospitality workers. I found there are several organizations that support manager and owners of hotels. I just did a quick search on google and found these.

I suggest you start there for help. Another way to get advice is to find someone that is doing the job you want to have. Offer to buy them lunch or dinner if they would take some time to help you. Be prepared with some questions you want to ask so that you are professional and respect their time. Hotel managers are very busy people!

You can also look for hospitality courses to take at a local Vo-Tech school. Or just seek out a teacher of one of the programs and ask them about owning a hotel.

These are just a few ideas from the top of my head. I hope those help you.
