Re: How Can I Find an Out-of-Town Car Service for my Boss?
We’ve found a great site that will allow you to locate a car service wherever you are traveling to in the U.S. - Limodeals.com . Simply type in the zip code or city you are traveling to and a list of car services serving the area displays. The companies listed have been rated by users so you can see which have provided exemplary service.

For anyone looking for a car service in anywhere in NY, I can recommend a private limo service - Oscar Gonzales at 917-807-5861. We have been using him for a few years and though not a large operation, his service is excellent |

You can always try the city's Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). Look them up online and give them a call, or you may even be able to view their member listings on their website. The CVB can email you a list of their member transportation companies (car service, limos, town cars, etc...). As to reviews about them, that's when you can Google the car service company and do some research.

Re: How Can I Find an Out-of-Town Car Service for my Boss?
The partners in my company do massive amounts of travel all over the world, and we use Carey Limo for our out-of-town needs that extend beyond a cab. I have yet to find a place on the map they do not have at the very least an affiliated company, including the 10-day long trip to four cities in India last month.
They may be a slight bit on the pricey side - perhaps 5-10% higher than other companies we have used in the past, but they have been exceedingly reliable, and cater to most of the special requests (for example the same driver for a 5 day business trip in a foreign country) that we have made. |

When looking for a car service company you need to make sure you're choosing the right type of service level. You have the community or "neighborhood" car services which are probably the cheapest but not the most reliable (think gypsy cabs). Then you have the "black car" service which mainly services the corporate sector. The drivers in black car companies are well dressed and professional so that might be your best choice for your boss. One black car company I recommend for the NYC area (my company has been using them for over 10 years!) is: Arrow Transportation 212-431-1900 www.arrow-trans.com |
