Revamping a "Call List"
I use a Call List for incoming calls and calls my boss needs to make - I have tried a couple of different formats and not satisfied - any suggestions?
Thanks
Coco

Re: Revamping a "Call List"
Coco, I feel your pain. Incoming calls and calls needing to be returned of made are probably the things that most often slip through the cracks in my office. It seems as if email has truly taken over, and calls are too much of a hassle!

One thing I have begun doing is emailing myself whenever I take a message on the phone, whenever I check my boss' voicemail, or whenever he lets me know he needs to make a call. Then I can sort of shuttle the calls in through my normal intake procedure. I have a category for 'calls to be made' and 'discuss with boss', and at least the 'discuss with boss' stuff seems to be flowing through my pipeline much more smoothly, and we at least touch on the calls to be made.

Now if I can just figure out how to pin him down and do the call list...

Re: Revamping a "Call List"
Hello, there is an Excel file that I made this simple list to help me to keep track of people that came by called and reminders of what I needed to discuss with my boss and also, I needed to show what actions I took. I hope this helps.
