valid excuses
Hello. I work with people who are on public assistance and have almost no basic work skills. One of the biggest problems I have is getting them to call me when they are not coming for an appointment. They will need to carry this skill over to the workplace when they get jobs. Anyone know of any BASIC training aids that I can use with them? I would like a list of valid excuses and some role playing ideas. Thanks so much.
