Annual Corporate Meeting

Hi,

This is Marty Fox Mitchell and recently I overheard my boss discussing with our CEO planning for our annual corporate meeting. Usually these things are held in warm weather places like FL or AZ (where I'm from) in the fall. Though I haven't been officially asked to help out and since our resident event planner is on 6 month maternity leave; being the eager beaver that I am I wanted to know what I was about to get myself into, and if there was a checklist that I could follow if I wanted to do a "practice run" to see if I was up to the task.
