Does anyone have an Employee Handbook that you can share? My company is a small professional services firm based in MD.

Most handbooks are classified as company proprietary and can't be distributed, circulated, etc., to anyone outside the company (this is OfficeArrow's policy). They are written to be specific to your organization, and should always be reviewed and approved by legal counsel.

HR & Benefits Essentials has a sample employee handbook you can download. It's not free, but they are offering a discount to OfficeArrow members.

The Employee Handbook you select must comply with both your own state's laws and federal Law. The policies must also be current, as both state and federal laws change, and the changes may effect your policies. Also, make sure you can purchase an up date service to keep the policies current when laws change.

Getting a "free" Employee Handbook may not be beneficial.
