Job Responsibility Percentage Breakdown
Help, please. I know it is late in the day, and I am pretty much brain dead, but my boss just asked for a breakdown of all of my job responsibilities along with the percentage of time spent in each area. I just can't even think where to begin! I am an executive administrative assistant, so my job responsibilities cover almost everything! Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Job Responsibility Percentage Breakdown
I had to do something similar and if you have the time keep a log of your jobs you do in a day, you will be surprised how much you do and then will easily be able to give your boss a list based on that. If you don't have the time, just go through what you did that day and make a list from that. You will be surprised. Once you start writing them down it will start to flow. And as Traceymari said, don't analyze too much or that will stress you out. Just start writing.
