What are you doing in recognition of National Bosses day?

I always recognize a good boss with some kid of token of appreciation for Bosses' Day. Not sure what to give my current boss new to org - three months but have a great boss. Any gift ideas?

I have a surprise for my boss, but I can't post it here because he'll probably see it. It's a small thing, but something he can use everyday.

What is everyone else doing? Boss' Day is October 16th - that's this Friday!
