Software for sharing calendars?

I was wondering if someone could give me some suggestions on software that will allow us to share calendar. My boss is using Outlook to keep his calendar now but would like it so me or someone else would be able to view it and add info to it so he can keep track of everything. He also wants something he can download to his PDA. I started looking into it some and I believe you need the exchange server in order to share Outlook calendars. I'm wondering if there is other software out there that will do this other than the exchange server?

Hi Lisa,
We just came across OfficeCalendar.com for Outlook to share calendar, email and contacts without an exchange server.

I am going to sign up for a free trial and will let you know if it's everything it claims to be, including "very affordable".

Is anyone currently using OfficeCalendar?
