Before you can begin organizing any trip, you need the schedule. Meeting dates, times, locations. If there are multiple destinations involved, it can be even more difficult to schedule. I've always used a travel agency and wouldn't think of going it alone. They're experts and have access to not only air flights, hotels, and ground transportation but any travel visa requirements.
