Outlook | New Hire Welcome Letter
I'm not sure if I'm asking this in the right place.

Background:
My boss, who is the VP of HR, would like to send out a Welcome Letter(email)every Monday to all of our new associates welcoming them to the organization and letting them know who their generalist at their site is, should they have any questions.

So, my question is.... Is there a way for me to send these emails out from him, without them saying "on behalf of...". The goal is for me not to have to log in as him and send them from his inbox. Or, is there a way for me to get them ready for him, and all he'll have to do is click the send button. I will physically have to go into each one and insert the generalists name and phone number, plus give him the email address of the new associate.

I hope this kinda makes sense? He just thinks it's a bit impersonal if it says "on behalf of...", rather than coming directly from him.

Our orientations usually have about 50-75 associates a week.

Thanks!
