Hey all! My name is Cheryl and I was recently promoted to Assistant Manager of the Accounts Recievable office at our Hospital about 6 months ago. What a leap out of my comfort zone!!! I have always believed that we need to push our boundaries every once in a while to truely know what we are made of and to find out what we can accomplish. WOW---did I really do it? This is my first management position so I am always looking for tools to assist me in my endeaver. Actually, I have a position to fill in our office and was on the web surfing for some great interview questions. This will be my first time interviewing without my boss along doing the interview. She thinks I can do it, so here I am. I have found some great questions to add to my already growing list.....so wish me luck!! Its great to be here and meet you all!
