Job Seeker advice
There is a great site that has hundreds of articles and other resources on it about job hunting and interviewing that I recommend: Interview structure and questions Check it out. It also has a tool for interviewers on it that allows them to download or create their own, customized job interview that is a behavioral interview approach.
