Hello-I am new to the site and am excited about sharing experiences as an Executive Assistant. I've been in my current position for almost a year - the pay is ok but I am most of the time very bored and keep thinking I need to move on. However, this is my 4th job in 5 years. This doesn't look good on my resume so I feel I need to stay put. It's very hard to fill up a day when there is nothing going on. I feel like I'm wasting my valuable skills staying here. Any suggestions?
