Holiday Pay
Is your company open on Christmas Eve? What about pay, are you getting paid for Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas?

We are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Employees of the company will be paid for both. I, on the other hand, am an independent contractor, so I will be paid for neither

Last year, my company was open on xmas eve but only for a half-day. We did not get paid holiday pay though. This year, I'm taking a vacation day!

We are open on Christmas Eve but not Christmas Day or the day after. No holiday pay either just standard pay. It is going to be fun working all day then going to my in-laws for dinner on Christmas Eve. Oh the joy of the Holiay season.

We are open Christmas Eve. We are closed the day after Christmas. It is a paid, company "floating holiday".

We are open Christmas Eve until 2 and then closed Christmas and the day after. We are getting paid for a full day on Christmas Eve as well as Christmas Day and the day after.
