How to reveal time not employed on resume.
I quit my last job 3 years ago and I was in school finishing prerequisites for a nursing program. Am not sure now if I will be finishing school in nursing. I need to go back to work in my previous profession which is also in the medical field, but do not necessarily want to reveal that I may be going back to school and finishing a nursing degree. How would you handle this? Rebecca

Re: How to reveal time not employed on resume.
I would cover the lapse in unemployment in my cover letter. You could say you were in school working towards your degree and now find that due to the economic conditions, you need to return to work.
