i need help in writing a business proposal
the business will service adolesent boys 24hr/7days
i will have a total of 12 staff
where do i start?

Hi! I just joined OA and your topic happened to catch my attention since I am employed in the same type of group home that you mentioned. I don't know much about it yet but I suggest that you start with the program design for your facility since that is the main thing they usually look into.If you happen to have friends who already have their group homes I suppose they are the best people to approach.

Additional information regarding the state or province you are in may also be a consideration. If the group home requires to be licensed you will need to contact the local health authorities and they may also have specific requirements to be met before operating.
